The Support Forum is the best and quickest way to get support for general questions that might have already been answered or can apply to a wide audience. Emergency tickets are answered within 1 hour, while low priority tickets are typically answered in 6-24 hours.
The FAQ (also known as a Knowledgebase) contains the frequently asked questions with their respective answers. This should be your first place you visit when you have a general question about your web hosting account.
